Our Shipping Policy:
We are dedicated to delivering your K-beauty skincare products in a timely and cost-effective manner. We package your items with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Should you have any questions or special requests regarding shipping, feel free to contact at info@jemshopusa.com. JEM SHOP will not be responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address, please verify that you are entering the correct shipping address.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the carrier to initiate a claim.

**Orders that are shipped outside of the USA-PLEASE NOTE:
JEM SHOP USA will not be responsible for any tariffs, customs, duties fees, for any orders shipped outside of the USA. It will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for any tariffs, customs, duties fees, that are associated with their order outside of the USA.
Return & Exchange Policy:
At JEM SHOP, within 14 days of receiving the item, returns are only allowed on brand new, unopened, unused products in the original packaging. Customers must contact JEM SHOP to initiate a return. All items are guaranteed to brand new, unused. Item(s) must be in the same condition as it was when received. If any one of the set products are opened, then a return can not be issued. Customer is responsible for shipping charges of returning the item back for a refund. For the safety and sanitary of customers, once a product is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged. A refund will be initiated once we receive the item back, and inspection is completed.

Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Sensitivity Disclaimer:
We understand that every skin type is different. However, we cannot issue refunds for adverse skin reactions. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

We can only offer an exchange if the item is damaged. Rest assure, each time before the item ships we do a thorough inspection of the item to ensure that it is not damaged, therefore, a picture of the damaged item must be sent in if you did receive it damaged. The item itself has to be damaged, and not just the box. If that is the case, then we will pay for the return shipping label.
